Distributing Toolbar Source Code

Once you have created your Toolbar, insert the Toolbar XML code inside a single HTML page of your website.

If a user has the Toolbar Browser client installed, your toolbar will be automatically added to their browser whenever they visit your toolbar page.

To see an example, Click Here and after the page loads view the source.

We recommed that you maintain a single HTML page with your toolbar code. If you wish to have your toolbar on every page of your site, do not include a copy of the XML code. Instead, link to a single XML file using the code below:

Example:

    <XML id="toolbar" source="http://www.somedomain/toolbar.xml">
    </XML>

In the above example, replace http://www.somedomain/toolbar.xml with the actual URL of your toolbar XML file.
